Thank you for shopping with Fancy Rascal. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 14 days from your purchase or possession of your order 

For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 14 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 14 day period, the items become final sale.

We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

Fancy Rascal ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES FOR RETURNS. 

We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered, picked up pr purchased in store. Items must be in *original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit.  

Items that are final sale are as followed:

JEWELRY, HATS, PURSES, BAGS, PURFUME, CANDLES, INTIMATES, SALE ITEMS, INTIMATES, BODYSUITS, EYEWEAR, ACCESSORIES

Please note, returns from online or phone orders may take 2-5 business days to process store credits from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal purchased items with the original invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Original invoice MUST be included in your return. Fancy Rascal does not provide shipping labels for returns.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered, stained, torn, have bad odors or washed with all original tags attached. 

Fancy Rascal  has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our Customer Care department at fancyrascal@gmail.com within 7 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.

Fancy Rascal has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met. 

Online and phone orders: If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you at your expense.
