*Return Policy* We happily accept returns that are undamaged/ unworn/ unused and with the tags still intact and with a receipt, if they are received or returned within 14 days of purchase or shipment date for full refund or if within 14-30 days of purchase with tags and receipt a store credit will be issued. * Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase or order shipment date, in its original condition with tags attached. * Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and smoke free. * All returns after 14 days will be eligible for store credit only, there are no refunds. Some exceptions at the discretion of management. * Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
* All jewelry, purses, accessories, intimates, purses/bags, sale, or discounted items are non returnable / refundable / or credited. * All online, mobile , Instagram orders, returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, your name, email and reason for return. * Returns can be made in person at Fancy Rascal boutique even if purchased online but for store credit or exchanges only. * Without a receipt, we offer an exchange value at the current selling price. * Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and packaging. * All purchases not made in person at the physical storefront it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the item to be shipped back to them. Fancy Rascal boutique will email an invoice for shipping to be paid for by the customer if needed. * Sale or discounted items *untagged, worn or damaged items Return Instructions: Please mail merchandise or return in store: Fancy Rascal Attn: Returns 5611 Kingston Pike Knoxville, TN 37919 Damaged Items: * Damaged item reports must be made within 3 days of receiving the garment, or item , if it has been more than 3 days, we will not be able to replace the item. * Original tags must still be attached to the damaged garment or item, and we must be informed of the damage/defect before the garment is worn. * If it has been within the 3 day period, we will cover return shipping costs as well as replace the garment or item. * If we no longer have then garment or item in stock, a store credit will be issued.
